Run Your First Distribution

  1. 1 Validate locally before rollout Use `doctor` and a local distribution run to validate the setup before creating remote repositories.
  2. 2 Roll out your first distribution Run the real distribution, understand what Divekit writes during rollout, and verify the first remote result.
  3. 3 Inspect generated state Inspect `individuals.json` and `remotes.json` so you can tell what Divekit actually recorded after rollout.
  4. 4 Troubleshoot your first rollout Use a small inspection toolbox and a clear troubleshooting order when the first rollout result does not look right.
